- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in cross-functional teams.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user-first approach.
- Apply knowledge of cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to every project.
- Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand and design system.
- Present and defend interaction choices based on usability principles and user feedback.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) or Human Factors International (HFI) is required.
- Strong foundation in usability principles, backed by education or applied research experience.
- 3–5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-impact interaction design and usability case studies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
- Clear understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile-first design, and responsive behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
