- Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes
2. Care Planning:
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Coordinating patient care with other departments and services
3. Communication:
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Documenting patient information and care plans accurately
4. Education:
- Educating patients and families on self-care techniques and health promotion
- Providing guidance on medication management and treatment plans
5. Leadership:
- Mentoring junior staff members and providing guidance on best practices
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and policy development
6. Administrative:
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
