- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Partner with senior management and department heads to understand current and future hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans accordingly.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the company's recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 15+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles, preferably within oil and gas or heavy industries sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is preferred.
- Preference will be given to Saudi nationals for this role in compliance with local regulations.
