Position: QSHE ConsultantLocation: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)Job Type: Full-Time | ConsultancyReporting To: Project Director / HSE DirectorRole OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) Consultant to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrated management systems across high-profile infrastructure and facility projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, in-depth knowledge of international QSHE standards, and hold relevant NEBOSH certifications. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to transformational projects aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and client-specific quality, safety, and environmental requirements across project sites.
Conduct audits, inspections, and comprehensive risk assessments; prepare reports identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Deliver training and awareness sessions to site teams and contractors on QSHE best practices and procedures.
Collaborate with local and international stakeholders, ensuring cultural sensitivity and alignment with project goals and Saudi Arabian standards.
Assist in the preparation of Emergency Response Plans, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with project, client, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of proven QSHE experience, ideally within consultancy roles across the GCC or KSA.
Required certifications:

o NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatoryo NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent – Preferredo Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 – Highly desirable

Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks (e.g., GACA, SFDA, RC), with ability to align them with international standards.
Sector experience in construction, facilities management, utilities, or industrial infrastructure is a plus.
Excellent skills in auditing, technical reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
Willingness to travel to project sites, including remote locations, as required.
