
QHSE Consultant

- Develop and implement integrated QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and client-specific quality, safety, and environmental requirements across project sites.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and comprehensive risk assessments; prepare reports identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to site teams and contractors on QSHE best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders, ensuring cultural sensitivity and alignment with project goals and Saudi Arabian standards.
- Assist in the preparation of Emergency Response Plans, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with project, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of proven QSHE experience, ideally within consultancy roles across the GCC or KSA.
- Required certifications:
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks (e.g., GACA, SFDA, RC), with ability to align them with international standards.
- Sector experience in construction, facilities management, utilities, or industrial infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent skills in auditing, technical reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, including remote locations, as required.
