This role will support senior consultants in delivering high-impact strategic advisory services to clients across various commercial real estate sectors, with a focus on market analysis, investment strategy, and business planning within the Saudi market context.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis & Research

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of Saudi Arabia's commercial real estate sectors
Develop financial models and feasibility studies for major real estate developments and investments
Analyze market trends, demographic shifts, and economic indicators impacting CRE markets
Prepare detailed sector reports covering office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and residential markets

Client Support & Advisory

Support senior team members in client engagements and strategic consulting projects
Assist in developing strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization and market entry strategies
Prepare client presentations and reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

Market Intelligence & Insights

Monitor and analyze Vision 2030 initiatives and their impact on real estate markets
Track major development projects, government policies, and regulatory changes
Maintain databases of market data, transaction information, and competitive intelligence
Collaborate with research teams to ensure data accuracy and market insights

Project Management

Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including research, valuation, and transaction services
Ensure quality control and accuracy of all analytical outputs and deliverables

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
Master's degree (MBA, MSc) preferred
3-5 years of experience in consulting, real estate, investment banking, or related analytical role
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets strongly preferred

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar)
Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations
Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysis
Familiarity with market research databases and sources

Core Competencies

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Strong project management and organizational skills
Cultural awareness and understanding of Saudi business environment

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (CFA, RICS, CCIM) preferred
Experience with Vision 2030 related projects or government initiatives
Knowledge of Islamic finance principles and structures
Previous consulting experience with Big 4 or tier-1 consulting firms
Experience in emerging markets or high-growth economies
