- Expert in problem-solving management, continuous improvement, dealing effectively with new problems, and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Possess the skills of using information technology for quality systems.
- Experience in building performance indicators and methods of analyzing results.
- Knowledge of Academic Accreditation requirements.
- Work as a member of the quality and evaluation committees of the educational and training procedures for Military Academic Accreditation.
- Follow up on the work of the committees to achieve the Military Academic Accreditation requirements.
- Contribute to the educational, training, and administrative program development plan.
- Carefully monitor performance and develop the required action plan.
- Provide advice and training to the staff.
