Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionReview project drawings, specifications, and contract documents for fit-out works.Plan and schedule daily site activities in coordination with the project manager.Ensure fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, etc.) are executed as per approved designs and standards.Site Supervision & CoordinationMonitor site works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and time schedules.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical/site issues.Conduct inspections for all fit-out activities and verify workmanship against quality requirements.Supervise installation of joinery, furniture, and decorative finishes.Quality & Safety AssuranceImplement quality control measures and inspection checklists.Ensure all works comply with local codes, project specifications, and HSE policies.Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays or defects.Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.Maintain records of inspections, test results, and approvals.Assist in preparing method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.8+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail).With Driving License and transferable iqamaStrong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction techniques.Familiarity with MEP coordination in fit-out works.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to interpret drawings and resolve site-related challenges.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.Core CompetenciesDetail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and finishing quality.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Team player with problem-solving mindset.
