- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead investigations of accidents/incidents and ensure root causes are identified and addressed.
- Organize and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, inspections, training, and safety documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and safety regulations.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and site personnel to promote a culture of safety.
