- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and continued value delivery.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive mutual business growth and brand exposure.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that support our marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, PR, Growth, Product, etc.) to activate and maximize partnership value.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance and ROI.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure timely execution of deliverables from both sides.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the market landscape and emerging trends to recommend new partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry engagements related to partnership development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with an eye for identifying and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting partnership agreements is a plus.
- Knowledge of the marketing ecosystem and brand collaboration best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Results-driven with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
