- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely contract renewals and maintain high client retention rates.
- Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell new services and solutions to existing clients.
- Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs and maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and service.
- Successfully onboard two new clients per year, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Maintain 30% of pipeline from new clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with sales and partner management teams inside Technology Vendors ensuring they are always recommending our company, protect us against competition and giving us best prices to maximise margins.
- Track account performance, renewal status, and upsell progress.
- Prepare regular reports for management on account growth and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client success roles prefer within KSA Area and Software industry
- Candidates must be based in KSA
- Proven track record in upselling and renewals within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
