JASARA PMC is in search of an experienced Urban Planning professional specializing in vertical to join our esteemed team. In this position, you will focus on significant vertical urban projects, enhancing the urban landscape through innovative design, efficient space utilization, and strategic planning methodologies.As part of this role, you will lead projects that involve high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and other vertical structures, ensuring they meet organizational requirements, adhere to zoning laws, and uphold sustainability standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and local authorities to create functional and aesthetically pleasing urban spaces.Bring your expertise and passion for urban development to JASARA PMC, where you can make a genuine impact on urban living.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in urban planning with a focus on vertical.
Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and land use planning.
Proficiency in urban planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS tools.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of sustainability practices in vertical construction is a plus.
