- Manages and coordinates logistics for all Programs.
- Ensures that all class meeting times, and program-related special events are conducted on time and according to schedule in coordination with the office of the Vice-Dean programs.
- Assists in managing programs activities with the programs team.
- Continually update and maintain required program handbook(s)
- May support faculty with teaching- and classroom-related needs.
- Liaises with institutional marketing and recruitment to ensure that Program details on various materials and fora (websites, brochures etc) are accurate and up-to-date
- Strives for excellence and helps the office of the Vice Dean to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere around the Program.
- Assumes additional responsibilities and projects as required and as necessary.
- Supports with creation and maintenance of course files, syllabi and course evaluation reviews both for their own sake and for the benefit of accreditation and quality assurance
- Works with program management team to incorporate feedback for improvement to the program and its outcomes in a continuous feedback loop
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills and orientation.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of calm professionalism at the most demanding times.
- Willingness to take initiatives and ability to prioritize workload based on the needs of the Programs.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced academic environment
- Good command of the English Language is required, and good communication skills in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Blackboard preferred
- Able to work with diverse students, staff, and faculty. Respects cultural differences and is able to manage them.
- Flexibility and willingness to assume new tasks and special projects
