- Leads the development and implementation of information management processes aligned with ISO 19650.
- Supports clients and project teams in defining and maintaining information requirements and standards.
- Develops and manages processes within a common data environment (CDE).
- Creates and maintains BIM execution plans (BEP) and information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR).
- Ensures compliance with security protocols for information access and distribution.
- Implements governance and assurance processes across project lifecycles.
- Oversees the production and assurance of the Information Model (pre-RIBA Stage 3).
- Develops object libraries and shared resources in line with BIM strategy.
- Supports digital handover and construction sequencing using information models.
- Collaborates with project managers and design teams to ensure procedural compliance.
- Provides BIM training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and client teams.
- Advises on and integrates emerging technologies to enhance BIM processes.
- Supports cost planning through data extracted from information models.
- Participates in industry events to stay current with BIM trends and standards.
- Understands and applies the information management assignment matrix (ISO 19650-2 Table A.1).
- Set up and maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) on the project.
- Act as first-line support for BIM 360/ACC issues.
- Train and support internal and external teams on using ACC modules (Docs, Model Coordination, Build, Cost Management).
- Create and manage PowerBI Dashboards for project progress tracking.
- Recognised as a bachelor’s degree level qualification, including BA (Hons), BSc (Hons), and degree apprenticeships.
- Includes graduate-level certifications such as graduate certificates and diplomas.
- Covers Level 6 vocational awards, certificates, diplomas, and NVQs aligned with national qualification frameworks.
