- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
- Perform thorough medical assessments, including detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, integrating evidence-based medicine, patient preferences, and family dynamics.
- Manage and follow up on acute and chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health conditions.
- Promote preventive healthcare measures, including health screenings, vaccinations, lifestyle modifications, and health education.
- Collaborate with specialists, allied healthcare professionals, and community resources to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Practice population health management by identifying and addressing health issues at the community level, implementing preventive measures, and promoting health awareness.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide remote consultations, monitor patients' progress, and offer virtual follow-up care.
- Embrace value-based care principles, focusing on optimizing patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs through care coordination, preventive measures, and efficient resource utilization.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in family medicine, including new treatment modalities, guidelines, population health management strategies, and value-based care models.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and clinical audits to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Completion of residency training in Family Medicine from an accredited program.
- Board certification in Family Medicine from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Proven experience as a Registrar in Family Medicine or similar role, preferably in a hospital, clinical setting or telehealth setting.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide continuity of care.
