- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to capture business objectives, current-state pain points, and target-state processes.
- Elicit, analyze, and document BRD/FRD (or equivalent) with acceptance criteria, business rules, edge cases, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories / backlog items on Jira with traceability from business goals to deliverables.
- Drive requirement sign-off and baseline control with the PM (scope discipline and change control).
- Support solution definition, integration requirements, data migration needs, and test/UAT strategy.
- Collaborate with Product/Ops/Design to validate feasibility assumptions and operational readiness inputs before build/config progresses.
- Define UAT scope, test scenarios, and user journeys aligned to acceptance criteria.
- Support test data preparation and coordinate with PMs on UAT execution cycles, defect triage, and retest/closure.
- Ensure deliverables are “UAT-ready” with clear pass/fail criteria and auditable evidence.
- Act as a structured bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, reducing ambiguity and preventing scope creep.
- Produce crisp documentation and decision logs to keep stakeholders aligned and de-risk delivery.
- Support department’s governance by ensuring artifacts are complete for stage gates (e.g., requirements baseline, acceptance criteria, UAT packs, handover inputs).
- Contribute to reusable templates, requirement standards, and lessons learned to improve delivery velocity and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, IT, or related).
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation and/or digital transformation environments (mandatory).
- Proven experience producing requirements documentation (BRD/FRD), user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on exposure to UAT planning/execution and defect triage workflows.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation skills: workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums.
- Experience with ticketing, e-commerce, payments, or marketplace platforms.
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, data migration, and operational readiness concepts.
- Familiarity with stage-gate delivery models and change request governance.
- IIBA ECBA / CCBA
- ITIL 4 and above (nice to have)
- Cloud Fundamentals is preferred
