House Manager

• Supervise and manage all household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, drivers, nannies).
• Oversee daily operations of the household and ensure standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and service appointments.
• Manage inventories of household supplies, groceries, and personal items.
• Handle household budgets, petty cash, and expense reporting.
• Greet and host guests, ensuring all hospitality needs are met.
• Plan and manage formal events, dinners, or private functions in the residence.
• Maintain household schedules, including staff rosters and service calendars.
• Ensure security and safety protocols are followed within the property.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage laundry, wardrobe care, and seasonal wardrobe rotation for principals.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of all living areas.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing VIP households or luxury hospitality environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Female candidates only.
• South African nationality.
