Job DescriptionOverviewThis role is dedicated for Saudi Nationals under localization initiatives. The Engineer supports technical, site, and administrative tasks in road and infrastructure projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure.Your role
  • Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents, and site coordination.
  • Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing reports, and verifying compliance.
  • Participate in inspections, measurements, and quality/safety reviews.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
  • Support planning, scheduling, quantity take‑offs, or HSE activities depending on assigned department.
  • Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
  • Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programs.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 3 years experience.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
