- Evaluate and oversee environmental aspects and impacts associated with hydrocarbon facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments, environmental impact assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement sustainable environmental management strategies and plans specifically for hydrocarbon operations.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and maintain necessary permits.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including government agencies and environmental organizations.
- Provide training and guidance to facility personnel on environmental policies and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations relevant to hydrocarbon facilities.
- Prepare and present reports on environmental performance and improvement initiatives to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in environmental engineering, specifically with hydrocarbon facilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Experience conducting environmental impact assessments and audits.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing environmental management systems.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
