You’ll start remotely, managing a distributed team, and relocate to Saudi Arabia as the business grows to work onsite with engineering and product leaders.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.) for mobile, web, and API testing.- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).- Oversee defect lifecycle, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage.
