Job Objective:
Lead and coordinate all procurement, warehousing, insurance, and support service activities within the company. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and the timely availability of materials and services with the required quality, in line with approved policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee purchasing, procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
Manage supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and supplier base expansion.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Handle all insurance processes, including medical, vehicles, property, and liability coverage.
Supervise support services such as transportation, cleaning, maintenance, and warehouse management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and efficiency in warehouse/logistics.
Lead, guide, and train the procurement team, and monitor their performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Proficiency in ERP or other modern procurement management systems.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic supplier relationships.
