- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with EPCs, contractors, and end clients.
- Lead technical and commercial presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years proven experience in business development / technical sales within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Successful track record in B2B, project-based sales with EPCs and contractors.
- Strong network and industry knowledge within the Saudi Oil & Gas market.
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Based in Dammam
- Open to frequent travel within Saudi Arabia.
