- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regularly update financial forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and ensure the availability of funds for strategic investments and operational needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess their financial viability, providing recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial results, strategies, and risks to the executive team and board of directors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success in an F&B or related industry.
