Job Summary:Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for ambulance electrical systems and other specialized products, ensuring safe and reliable operation of all electrical components. Responsibilities include wiring, component assembly, equipment integration, and electrical testing, in compliance with safety standards and ambulance regulations.Detailed Responsibilities:1. Electrical Installation and WiringInstall and connect wiring, harnesses, switches, outlets, and control panels inside ambulances and related specialized products.Ensure all connections comply with electrical codes, design specifications, and safety standards.2. Equipment IntegrationSupport installation and wiring of ambulance systems, including medical outlets, sirens, lighting, HVAC units, inverters, and communication equipment.3. Component Testing and TroubleshootingConduct tests on electrical systems and components (insulation integrity, voltage, load capacity).Diagnose and repair faults in wiring, circuits, or components as required.4. Maintenance and RepairsPerform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including control panels, switches, wiring, and connectors, to ensure reliability.5. Blueprint and Schematic InterpretationRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to assemble and connect electrical systems accurately.6. Documentation and ReportingMaintain detailed records of installations, tests, repairs, and modifications.Provide reports on issues encountered and suggest improvements.7.
