- Oversee and manage all aspects of the in-room dining operation, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update innovative in-room dining menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences
- Ensure impeccable service standards and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial aspects of the in-room dining department
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Analyze guest feedback and sales data to continuously improve the in-room dining experience
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel in-room dining or restaurant management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and culinary trends
- Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting
- Experience with hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
- Food safety certification
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of and passion for luxury hospitality standards and fine dining
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
