- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Establish and oversee a governance framework for the talent acquisition process to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and meet business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Lead training and implementation of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and execute selection processes for senior positions, including interviews and negotiations.
- Develop employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs.
- Conduct culture fit and competency interviews for senior and niche positions.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers for a consistent and fair recruitment process.
- Lead and develop talent acquisition team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Establish governance framework for talent acquisition process and monitor team performance.
- Conduct candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management and HR leadership.
- Collaborate with HR onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires and ensure a positive employee experience
- Serve as point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefit options.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives for skill enhancement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports from HRIS
- Bachelors’ degree in the HR field or a respective HR certification
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast paced, high growth organisation
- 2+ years of managing a team
- Great knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and employer branding techniques
- Experience in ATS, Recruitment marketing tools
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills
- Familiarity of local employment laws
- Proven analytical capabilities to report on and interpret data related to searches with a view to improving sourcing techniques
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills
