- Develop, implement, and manage innovative commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing bids and proposals for large-scale Facilities Services contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Facilities Services industry.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring commercial terms are favourable and aligned with the client’s goals.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and business development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial projects and contracts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or consultancy role within the Facilities Services, property management, or construction industries.
- Demonstrable success in managing large-scale commercial contracts and tenders.
- Strong understanding of the Facilities Services market, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with local regulations and cultural business practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
