- Should be holding bachelor's degree in accounting / HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experince in Payroll managment.
- Quality check for the payroll processes such as salary, advances, other benefits, etc. with the outsourced team.
- Develop a strong partnership with the business stakeholders to ensure that payroll services are delivered by the outsource team in the most effective way.
- Manage the Administration of employees' Leave, Ticket and Visa entitlements.
- Validate the full and final settlement payments to employees.
- Review the existing payroll processes and introduce the most effective payroll global standard procedures.
- Ability to build, manage and foster team-oriented environment.
