- Lead the annual budgeting process, providing clear guidance to departments and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Consolidate departmental budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial discipline.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with KSA accounting standards and internal policies.
- Validate management and statistical reports to ensure accurate and timely financial insights for decision-making.
- Direct cash flow forecasting, monitor CapEx projects, and enforce cost control measures.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize working capital.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, manage statutory audits, and implement audit recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and government bodies to support business operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, setting KPIs, improving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across finance operations.
- 8-10 years of senior-level finance experience in a multinational or logistics/freight forwarding company (10-12 years preferred).
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
- Master's degree (MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics) preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or CMA strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Clear and persuasive communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality with strong organizational skills.
