Location: Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an aggressive, ambitious, and passionate sales professional who can actively help grow Blue Altair’s business in Saudi Arabia and grow with us. This is an independent role, requiring a self-driven individual who will be responsible for developing deep, long-term relationships at all levels with their clients and must be highly skilled in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, account development, and account management.Must have:
- Good command in English language.
- Flexible to travel within KSA.
- Valid driving License & must own a car.

- Lead the sales of a full range of our services and solutions into targeted markets and accounts.
- Actively market Blue Altair’s capabilities and services and identify leads that can leverage us.
- Lead the development of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including, but not limited to, competitive strategy, pricing, negotiations, and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the client account.
- Hunt for new opportunities to leverage and cross-sell Blue Altair’s full portfolio of services.

- Leverage your business knowledge and identify appropriate solutions and services that benefit the client.
- Utilize consultative selling methodologies to shape and influence the clients’ strategic direction.
- Effectively identify and qualify prospect pain points and align with Blue Altair solutions.
- Lead the pursuit team and manage the resources needed to liaise between the client and Blue Altair internal resources to overcome hurdles and win new business.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
- Develop personal knowledge of industry/market sector, clients’ business challenges and the impact of potential future changes.
- Work with our channel partner community to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Be the trusted advisor to the executive level community in targeted opportunities and gain an understanding of the client’s strategic goals & objectives.
