- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients for lift inspection services (elevators, escalators, moving walkways, dumbwaiters).
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Meet assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility owners, property managers, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, clarifications, and contract renewals.
- Understand lift inspection standards such as EN 81, EN 115, ISO standards, SASO regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Explain inspection procedures, non-conformities, and compliance requirements to clients in clear technical terms.
- Coordinate with the inspection team to schedule site visits and ensure proper execution of services.
- Review engineering documents, maintenance logs, and technical drawings as required.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Inspection Engineers to deliver high-quality service.
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and contract documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the department in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of compliance, certification, and inspection services environment.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technical teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
