Dear AllWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Constructability Program Manager to lead and manage constructability efforts for a Saudi Aramco LSTK project involving the relocation of water wells across multiple locations. This role is responsible for establishing, driving, and managing the constructability program to optimize engineering design for ease of construction, improve field productivity, and reduce cost and schedule risks. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure design decisions are aligned with practical and efficient execution strategies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Constructability Management Plan in accordance with Saudi Aramco’s GI-0002.102 guidelines and project requirements.
  • Lead constructability reviews during all engineering phases (FEED, detailed design, IFC) to identify and mitigate construction-related challenges.
  • Facilitate Constructability Workshops with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, safety, and commissioning personnel.
  • Review and comment on engineering deliverables (layouts, piping routing, foundation design, cable routing, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient construction methods.
  • Interface with field construction teams to gather feedback, incorporate lessons learned, and ensure field constraints are considered in the design.
  • Coordinate with planners to align constructability findings with the project execution plan and construction schedule.
  • Track and manage constructability issues, suggestions, and resolutions through a formal register.
  • Provide input to modularization, prefabrication, and field installation strategies for submersible pump skids, instrument shelters, and utility systems.
  • Ensure alignment with HSE, quality, and project controls for integrated constructability solutions.
  • Support value engineering initiatives and contribute to cost/time savings through design optimization for construction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas EPC or LSTK projects, with at least 5 years in constructability leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in Saudi Aramco projects, with full understanding of their constructability program requirements and work practices.
  • Strong understanding of:
o Construction planning and field execution practices
o Remote wellsite construction and installation methods
o Submersible pump foundations, piping tie-ins, and I&E installation sequences
  • Familiarity with modularization and pre-assembly techniques in remote environments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Aramco-approved or previously assigned as a Constructability Manager on Aramco projects.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, especially in multi-discipline coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in construction and engineering tools (e.g., Navisworks, Primavera P6, 3D Model Review platforms).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
