- Execute the assigned maintenance order with right quality & on time.
- Participate in Breakdowns Notifications, ensure accurate and correct details are filled in notification, breakdown orders. Participation in the RCA if required.
- Achieves Zero maintenance jobs rework.
- Follow the operation Team leader Priorities if there are multiple breakdowns.
- Attend Shift Handover meeting to discuss last shift activities & plan the coming shift accordingly.
- Complies with all QA/Safety standards and procedures.
- Complies with line housekeeping (5S) of Maintenance workshop standards and Shop floor (5S) lead by operation team leader.
- Support AM team by applying defect elimination system, and processes via OPLs & KAIZEN.
- Participate in action plan "CA/PA" & TBM orders completion, permits, audits, tours, & safety finding progress.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Support the production wheel works to achieve the satisfaction of the team leader during the shift.
- Perform electrical jobs with lead role in the shift & support mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Document the shift activities at the end of shift.
