We are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence and expand our client base in the construction sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities and bring in new clientele from the construction industry, hotels, and other relevant sectors.Negotiate and finalize contracts for the supply and installation of wooden doors, windows, frames, and related products.Maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.Identify target segments and create effective sales strategies.Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting the company’s brand and products.Requirements:Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of wooden products and fixing services.Well-established network and strong connections in the construction and hospitality sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.Nationality: Lebanese (Preference)Compensation & Benefits:Market competitive salary.Additional perks and benefits.1-month probation period.📩 How to Apply:
