- Manages KFSHRC's social media accounts, creates original text and video content, manages posts, and responds to followers. Manage the hospital's image in a cohesive way to achieve the marketing goals.
- Develops and implement digital Marketing strategies too ptimize outreach and engagement.
- Develops and maintain a content calendar to ensure that digital Marketing activities are delivered consistently and on time.
- Oversees the KFSHRC 's interactions with the public by implementing the content strategies of social media platforms.
- Oversees daily operations and administration of the organization website. Respond to issues and resolve a wide range of website performance issues.
- Monitors social media activity performance data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and audience conversation rates done by the agency.
- Creates and manage content for a variety of digital platforms, such as social media, websites, email marketing, and other channels.
- Analyses and adjust strategies based on the effectiveness of digital marketing practices.
- Performs a variety of information technology, marketing, and website development tasks to ensure that organizations have functional websites that accurately represent them and are easy for users to navigate.
- Secures websites by implementing security measures. Maintains the website's domain and hosting registration.
- Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
