Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman with a proven track record in managing and supervising finishing works for large-scale civil, commercial, or residential projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in finishing activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, and other interior and exterior works.Ensure proper planning, sequencing, and execution of finishing operations to meet project timelines.Inspect and verify that all finishing work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment usage for efficient site operations.Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and quality issues.Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety protocols and industry standards.Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the site management team.Guide and train finishing teams to maintain a high standard of workmanship.RequirementsDiploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).Minimum 7 years of experience in finishing works, preferably on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of finishing materials, application techniques, and quality control standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance processes.Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and adapt to project schedules.Must already be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a transferable Iqama.To view other vacancies we have, please check our website ( ) and follow us on our social media accounts - / / /Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
