We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (phone, email, ticketing system).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
Escalate unresolved cases, document issues/resolutions, and support onboarding/offboarding.
Contribute to IT projects, ensure compliance, and follow up to confirm resolution.

Requirements

Proven IT support experience with Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, Office 365, and remote tools.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; teamwork ability.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation.
Added value: knowledge of scripting/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
