Position Objectives:
  • Lead change management activities to support operational excellence in a nationwide private LTE network.
  • Drive optimization initiatives to improve service performance and customer experience.
  • Oversee implementation of network integrations, feature rollouts, and configuration changes.
  • Ensure effective coordination between design, operations, and implementation functions.
  • Establish and enforce change management processes tailored to project requirements.
  • Monitor, report, and improve compliance with SLAs and performance KPIs.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and process improvements to enhance organizational agility.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Manage change management for operational activities, including network integration, optimization, feature implementation, and mobility of network resources.
  • Collaborate with departments to define, implement, and maintain effective CM processes.
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams for new feature rollouts and external system integrations.
  • Track, authorize, and oversee configuration changes across mobile, core, transport, applications, OSS, and special services.
  • Act as the key interface between design, implementation, and operations functions.
  • Manage notifications and communication with internal stakeholders during changes.
  • Report on the performance and impact of implemented changes to ensure service quality.
  • Work with service performance teams to align change activities with optimization goals.
  • Partner with efficiency and digitization teams to streamline and automate CM processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and escalate issues when needed.
  • Organize and participate in CM-related workshops and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and initiate follow-up actions as required.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer by training and coaching project staff on CM processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in network operations (Operator or Vendor).
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in change management roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of change management for large 4G/5G networks.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills in multi-cultural environments.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
