- Plan, organize, and execute community events, including seasonal celebrations, cultural festivals, family days, and holiday gatherings.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and equipment rentals.
- Develop event timelines and ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Create engaging activities that foster community spirit and strengthen resident relationships.
- Survey residents to understand preferences and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Promote events through newsletters, social media, and community communication channels.
- Develop and manage event budgets while maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Source, negotiate with, and coordinate external vendors and service providers.
- Track expenses and provide comprehensive post-event financial reports.
- Reserve and prepare community spaces such as pools, sports courts, and common areas, ensuring readiness for each event.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure facilities meet safety standards.
- Create an annual events calendar with diverse activities for all age groups and interests.
- Organize regular programs, including fitness classes, children's activities, sports tournaments, and workshops.
- Ensure all events comply with local regulations, permits, and compound policies.
- Implement safety measures and emergency procedures for each event.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, management, and stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event reports with attendance figures, feedback, and recommendations.
- Document events through photography, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, preferably in residential communities, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable, collaborative, and friendly.
- Budget management experience with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and innovative community programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
