Al-Ayuni is seeking a highly experienced Construction Infrastructure Manager to lead major cross-country pipeline and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom and the GCC. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a proven record of delivering projects for top-tier clients.Core Responsibilities:Manage cross-country pipeline construction (40”–100” API 5L, 3LPE coating & concrete lining).Lead execution in mountainous regions, wadis, and major road crossings.Oversee ROW identification, grading, trenching, alignment, welding (SMAW/GTAW), coating, and hydrotesting.Coordinate with surveyors, welders, NDT agencies, and drilling/blasting teams.Drive safe practices with heavy equipment and cranes.Ensure quality, compliance, and innovation in trench construction and field execution.Contribute to quantity surveying and cost monitoring.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.15–20 years of experience in pipeline & infrastructure construction.Experience gained in KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Oman.Proven project execution with clients such as Saudi Aramco, SWCC, Qatar Energy, ADNOC, and Shell.Valid KSA Driving License.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership & project management skills.Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination.Multilingual (Arabic, Urdu, Hindi preferred).Proven ability to reduce defects, improve quality, and deliver safely.
