Key Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance for fire alarm systems and components (smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, panels, etc.). Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance to restore fire alarm systems to full functionality. Support maintenance of other fire protection systems including fire suppression and firefighting equipment when needed. Ensure all maintenance work complies with NFPA standards and Saudi Civil Defense regulations. Respond to service calls, alarms, and emergency maintenance requests promptly. Document maintenance and repair work using standard reporting templates. Assist in the preparation of maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and clients for access and approvals. Assist in system upgrades, replacements, and modifications under supervision. Follow safety procedures and company policies during all site activities. Qualifications: Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, Fire Alarm Technology, or a related field. Certification in NFPA standards or equivalent fire alarm training (preferred). 6 years of experience in fire alarm system maintenance. Experience working with various fire alarm brands and control panels. Familiarity with Saudi Civil Defense fire protection requirements. Key Skills: Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm system components and troubleshooting methods. Ability to read and interpret fire system drawings and wiring diagrams. Good knowledge of NFPA codes and safety standards. Proficiency in using testing tools and maintenance software. Basic reporting and documentation skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills
