- Design and implement impactful customer traction, retention, and monetization experiments to accelerate growth and optimize OMTM (MRR).
- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes across customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across various channels (paid media, organic search, partnerships, etc).
- Identify and prioritize high-impact acquisition opportunities based on data-driven insights.
- Track and analyze acquisition performance, driving continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify target audiences and optimize acquisition efforts.
- Analyze conversion funnels and user journeys to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Identify and eliminate friction points throughout the user journey, maximizing conversion rates at every stage.
- Design and implement experiments to test and optimize key conversion points (sign-ups, purchases, product adoption).
- Leverage data analytics to personalize and tailor the user experience for improved conversion.
- Craft strategies to increase user retention and engagement, fostering a loyal and active user base.
- Develop programs and initiatives to build community, encourage repeat usage, and drive product adoption.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
- Experiment with and optimize pricing models, monetization plans, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Track and analyze key revenue metrics, aligning performance with overall growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align product features and offerings with customer needs and market demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations on product features and updates to optimize for user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles within the product development process.
- Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key metrics related to growth and revenue.
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for all growth-related activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals (SEO, social media, content marketers...), fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to meet overall growth objectives.
- 4+ years in growth marketing, driving significant user and revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role is a MUST
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and B2B landscape preferred.
- Proven success in revenue growth and optimizing the customer lifecycle.
- Expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and revenue management.
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous learning.
- Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the MENA region market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
