Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and business objectives to propose effective solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Address client issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales and client retention targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven track record in account management, business development, or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the Saudi market and business practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
