- Assess store performance by conducting regular checks to ensure they meet Tamara's standards and provide additional support/training where necessary.
- Assist in identifying initiatives to enhance the onboarding process for new stores and key accounts.
- Conduct mystery shopping of existing merchants on a regular basis to properly understand what the experience is like, and identify/share improvement opportunities with the company and the merchant.
- Provide expert guidance to partners on Tamara's products, features, and services.
- Ensure Tamara collaterals are readily available, deployed and prominently displayed in partner stores.
- Ensure cashiers at Tamara merchants know how to properly use Tamara's payment services.
- Assess, evaluate and identify improvement opportunities from both an existing and new merchant perspective to drive up awareness of Tamara as well as increase value/number of transactions in store.

- Share findings cross functionally, and test/experiment with improvement opportunities.
- Report on findings and initiatives on a regular basis.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- KSA driver's license is mandatory.
- Strong Arabic and English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Highly energetic and proactive.
