- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Understand local business culture and adapt your communication and working style accordingly.
- Lead account planning and strategic discussions that align Endava’s capabilities with client goals.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth by aligning with evolving client needs.
- Ensure all projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the entire software delivery lifecycle — from discovery and planning through to implementation and post-release support.
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, and resource alignment to ensure delivery success.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to project managers and delivery leads across your client portfolio.
- Champion team engagement, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build a culture of trust, performance, and accountability within and across teams.
- Introduce and manage appropriate governance models to maintain transparency, mitigate risk, and support informed decision-making.
- Own financial performance across the account — including budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
- Balance the needs of the client with internal delivery sustainability and commercial goals.
- Promote Agile delivery principles and modern delivery practices across your engagements.
- Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within teams.
- Experience: 10+ years in delivery leadership, consulting, or account management roles — ideally within a digital agency or technology services environment.
- Delivery Ownership: Proven track record of leading the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from early discovery through to launch and post-release optimisation.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build deep relationships with clients, understand their business, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong experience managing budgets, delivery forecasts, and account profitability.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to spot opportunities for growth and position Endava as a long-term strategic partner.
- Industry Background: Experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable.
- Agile Capability: Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
- Cultural Awareness: Experience working in or with clients in the Middle East, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Composure and professionalism in high-pressure or ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging to technical and business audiences.
