- Order Level Proforma Invoice: Review customers’ orders and issue order-level proforma invoices to customers once receive the orders. Ensure that the correct product, quantity, payment terms, and all other details align with the customer’s requirements.
- Preparation and Issuance of Delivery Order: As per the customer's required delivery date and availability of goods, issue Delivery Orders (DO) to the warehouse.
- Goods availability: Ensuring a perfect balance between timely fulfillment and cost-effectiveness. Follow up on goods availability with the planning team as per the customer's requirement.
- Issuance of Commercial invoices: Based on Delivery Orders issued to the warehouse, collect commercial invoices from the finance and send it to the customers.
- Apply SFDA Export Approval for the shipments that will be exported to customers.
- Follow up with Quality department to make sure that the produced batches are final released on time and as per target ship date.
- Department Diplomat: Foster seamless collaboration between Sales, Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and other departments. You'll be the bridge builder, keeping everyone informed and on the same page throughout the export process.
- Chart the Course: Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing export routes, transportation modes, and costs. You'll be the architect of efficient deliveries, navigating the complex landscape of international trade regulations and logistics challenges.
- Forge Strategic Alliances: Cultivate strong relationships with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers. Your negotiation skills will secure the best deals and ensure top-notch service for every shipment.
- Master the Paperwork: Conquer the export documentation process with accuracy and efficiency. Every form, every permit, every detail matters, and you'll be the meticulous guide, ensuring smooth passage through regulatory checks.
- Reference Standards: As per the customer's requirements, arrange working standards from QC and working standards from purchase. Prepare invoices and courier documents to dispatch to the customer via courier after collecting samples from QC.
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Expert regulatory and scientific knowledge for product registration, renewal of marketing authorizations, and variations as per current regulations in Saudi Arabia, GCC, and other countries.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including diplomacy to negotiate conflicting priorities.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office, RIS, eCTD, and SAP.
