The Waste Truck Foreman will oversee and coordinate waste collection operations in Al Qunfudhah, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely collection and disposal of solid waste and recyclables. The role involves supervising waste collection crews, managing routes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and operating waste collection vehicles when needed.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of waste collection workers and drivers, assigning daily routes and tasks.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of waste collection vehicles (e.g., rear loaders, automated side loaders).
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance with the fleet team.
Train crew members on safety protocols, waste handling, and equipment operation.
Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, and incidents.
Ensure compliance with local and Saudi environmental regulations for waste management.
Operate waste collection vehicles as needed to support operations.
Coordinate with landfill, transfer station, or recycling facilities for proper waste disposal.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or waste management certification is a plus.
Valid Saudi Commercial Driver’s License (Heavy Vehicle) with a clean driving record.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in waste collection or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of waste collection equipment, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and waste handling procedures.Compensation and Benefits: Salary: 2,500 SAR per month
