In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.   • Lead the design and planning of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Perform detailed analyses and calculations for various civil design elements, including earthworks, grading, and drainage.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including project specifications, design drawings, and reports.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.
  • Participate in project meetings and present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in design practices, project management, and professional development.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil design engineering.
  • Proficient in civil engineering design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar applications.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional Engineering license (PE) is preferred.
