We are seeking a proactive and skilled HVAC Site Engineer to join our team in Abha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installation and maintenance works on-site, managing teams of supervisors and technicians, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise HVAC site activities including ducting, piping, and equipment installationCoordinate daily tasks with site supervisors and techniciansInteract professionally with customers and handle new project inquiriesConduct site visits and prepare BOQs, pricing, and quotationsReview and implement HVAC designs effectivelyEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issuesReport project progress to management regularlyRequirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldStrong understanding of HVAC design, ducting, and installation practicesMinimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC site execution and maintenanceExcellent communication and customer handling skillsValid Saudi driving license (preferred)Ability to work independently and manage multiple sitesExperience in quotation and proposal preparationAdditional Information:This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period.Iqama transfer will be processed after successful completion of the probation period.📧 To Apply: Send your resume to
