Job Summary:The Sales & Marketing Associate will play a key role in promoting and selling a range of products including gold and jewelry tools, materials, machinery, and equipment. This role requires daily interaction with clients, efficient sales follow-up, coordination with internal teams, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing industry, and a proactive sales mindset.Key Responsibilities:Ø Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential customers to generate leads, take orders, and follow up on their specific requirements.

Promote and sell a wide range of products, including tools, materials, and machinery used in gold and silver jewelry manufacturing, as well as supplies occasionally used by dental laboratories.
Support the implementation of marketing strategies and assist in executing day-to-day marketing and sales activities.
Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports to management, including updates on customer interactions, orders taken, and market feedback.
Collaborate with the Tools & Consumables (TC) Manager to monitor and follow up on financial collections and outstanding customer payments.
Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure timely product availability and restocking in coordination with the inventory team.
Develop a strong understanding of our product range and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and excellent service.
