You will be responsible for a strategic approach and drive Talent Acquisition activities for Saudi Arabia and other business units and countries within EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region.Key responsibilities include:End to end recruitment at all levels, collaborating with colleagues and business leaders across functions and countries.Coordination and overall success of the recruiting team (sourcing and admin partners), all stakeholders and functions involved (HR, Total Rewards etc.). You will conduct CBI (Competency Based Interviews) and business cases (where applicable).Aligning the forecast and talent needs in partnership with business leaders and executing the agreed plan for recruitment strategy during the year to contribute to the long-term growth of the company.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the development of effective recruitment strategies with minimal reliance on external search agencies.Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk’s global standard TA processes and uphold the employer value proposition across all recruitment efforts.Your New DepartmentYou will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition Emerging Markets & Manufacturing, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:Strong experience in talent acquisition with proven success in executing effective recruitment strategies.A bachelor’s degree; relevant experience in a specialized HR function may be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience in international pharma company or recruitment agency is nice to have.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders, leading without authority.Fluency in English and ArabicAbility to analyze data and communicate findings effectively to inform decision-making.Working at Novo NordiskEvery day, we seek solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases, driven by a unique culture of innovation and collaboration.
